Privacy
Indielisted is a directory of independent web games. You don’t need an account to browse it and play, and we keep as little as possible.
If you just browse and play
- No cookies, no ads and no tracking pixels. We store nothing on your device.
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify or follow anyone. It tells us how many people came, not who they are.
- When you tap a site, we add one click to that site, with the date. We keep nothing about who clicked. That’s how we build the weekly ranking.
- We don’t sell, rent or share data with anyone.
If you submit a project
We keep what you write in the form: the site’s address, the category, whether it’s yours, the image if you upload one, and your email if you leave it. We also keep what that site shows publicly (its title, description and language) and the screenshots we take when reviewing it. We only use your email to tell you what happened to your submission: whether it was approved, rejected or moved to another category. We never send you advertising.
To stop bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical data from your browser to confirm you’re a person.
If you pay
Payment happens on Creem’s page, which asks for your payment details and an email for the receipt. We never see your card details: Creem tells us what was bought, for which submission and which email to send updates to.
Who helps us
These services process data only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase — database and images.
- Cloudflare — hosting, site delivery, visit counting and bot protection.
- Resend — sending the emails about your submission.
- Creem — payments.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, get a copy or have it deleted. Write to info@indielisted.com and we’ll answer. You never have to explain why, and asking costs nothing.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you more: for example the GDPR in the European Union, the UK GDPR, the LGPD in Brazil or US state privacy laws. Those rights apply here too, including the right to object to how we handle your data and to complain to your country’s data protection authority.
Children
Indielisted isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly keep their data.
If this page changes in an important way, we’ll say so on the site.
